Terms of Service


For chauffeur services, except for transfers, you apply a minimum of 2 hours of available time.

For direct extra-urban transfers (non-stop), the rate is calculated by mileage costs.

Omegarent di De Stefano Rossi collaborates with other rental with driver companies, to the same standards of quality and efficiency, and can use these to carry out the services for which it deems appropriate.

Each passenger can carry with it up to two suitcases , ALL OF SURPLUS LUGGAGE: SKI AND EQUIPMENT SHOULD BE HELD at the time of booking, to ensure that the car is not suitable for this transportation.

It remains at the discretion of the drivers to load bulky items not declared on the cars or luggage in excess or not having the conditions for safe transport. (Broken suitcases, dirty, wet, etc.)

Omegarent di De Stefano Rossi engages in any reasonable way to get their vehicles or vehicles driven by external events to the time of departure and arrival at destination, they will not be responsible for delays due to causes beyond its control.

The cars are all newly registered and insured for himself and for transported and in compliance with permits movement in force in Italy and EEC

The passenger is fully secured by car insurance that Omegarent di De Stefano Rossi has concluded in its fleet with third parties. The properties of the passengers are instead carried entirely under the responsibility of the passenger who declares the property at the time of boarding. If Omegarent di Stefano De Rossi were to fail to carry for any reason within our control to deliver its own means and resources of external partners the passenger (s) to the destination booked and paid for, will organize the transfer by external means (TAXI , Limousine, car rental) and then refund the customer the cost of such transportation upon presentation of receipt / invoice. The reimbursement for the transfer may not exceed the rates in force for the same is agreed upon.

Omegarent di Stefano De Rossi will be held responsible for any costs and losses due to delays and errors directly attributable to our expertise, in this case a refund will be limited to € 200.00 per booking.

Omegarent di Stefano Rossi reserves the right to change at any time share (or all) of these agreements without prior notice to customers, partners, tour operators or agencies.

Customers are requsted to bring us back as soon as possible any problems arising from service outages or deficiencies are directly attributable to our work. We will power to mitigate any inconvenience and loss in customer satisfaction.

These conditions of carriage and all services respect the laws governing the sale of services in Italy, this guarantees the protection of the passenger and his baggage.

Any dispute or controversy regarding the activities of BB-Drivers chauffeur service and the customer will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court of Treviso (Italy)

User behavior during the rental service with driver

1. Users of the rental service cannot:

a) smoke during transport;

b) throw objects from the vehicle stationary and in motion;

c) deface, defile or damage the vehicle;

d) require the transport of pets without having adopted, in agreement with the charterer, all possible measures to avoid damaging or soiling the vehicle;

e) claiming that the carriage is made in violation of safety rules and behavior provided by the current Highway Code.

Right of cancellation of the rental service with driver and complementary services

The customer may cancel the reservation by writing, by sending an e-mail or fax.

The termination of service of car rental with driver or complementary services, is accepted without penalty within 12 hours before serving. Cancellations within 6 hours before the start of the service are subject to a penalty equal to 50% of the service.

If your flight is canceled or delayed more than 30 minutes to start the client is obliged to inform our reservations number to be able to ensure the presence of our staff on arrival.
